# Pricing — GuestCard

GuestCard has two pricing tracks. **Personal** is pay-per-event — a one-time payment that upgrades a single event (no subscription). **Business** is a monthly subscription for planners, studios, and venues that run events all the time. Photo Sharing capacity is powered by Pixbox storage and is sized separately.

The **AI card designer** is included with paid plans. Pro includes **1 AI design credit** per event. Business re-grants AI design credits monthly. Credits never expire. Try the product free on the Starter tier.

## Personal — pay per event (one-time)

### Free (Starter)

- Price: $0
- Events: 1 event, up to 50 guests
- Includes:
  - Live phone preview
  - RSVP + when & where
  - First-party templates
  - Guestcard badge

### Pro (per event) — primary paid tier

- Price: **$9 USD (₹799 INR)** — one-time, for one event
- Guests: up to 500
- Includes:
  - Everything in Free
  - Full schedule + map
  - Gifts & registry
  - Remove Guestcard badge
  - CSV export
  - Multi-ceremony RSVP
  - 1 AI design credit
  - YouTube-embed streaming

### Max (legacy only — not sold on public pricing)

- Price: $10 USD historically (grandfathered purchasers keep entitlements)
- Not offered to new buyers. Prefer Pro $9/event, or Business $10/mo for unlimited events.

## Business — monthly subscription

### Business

- Price: **$10/mo (₹799/mo)**
- Events: unlimited events, up to 500 guests per event
- Includes:
  - Premium templates + AI card designer
  - Multi-day / multi-ceremony
  - YouTube-embed streaming
  - Photo sharing feature included (storage capacity still sized via Pixbox)

### Studio

- Price: **$30/mo (₹2,499/mo)**
- Events: unlimited events, unlimited guests
- Includes:
  - Everything in Business
  - Remove GuestCard branding
  - Custom domain
  - Studio website / profile
  - Team seats
  - Sell photos / storefront
  - Analytics + priority support
  - Seating chart canvas — Coming soon

## Photo Sharing — storage (any plan)

Guests submit one selfie and can receive every photo featuring them, matched by face (via Pixbox). Every account starts with free Pixbox storage; paid storage boxes scale capacity. Pricing at https://pixbox.io/pricing. Storage applies across pixbox.io and guestcard.app.

## Artist / Designer

- Joining: Free
- Revenue share: 80% of each template sale (GuestCard keeps 20%)
- Requirements: 3+ template designs, approval review

## Geo-pricing

- USD is the anchor; local currency auto-detected for every market
- Local prices are the USD price converted at live FX and rounded up to a clean number — the price shown is the price charged
