What's the difference between Personal and Business?
Personal is pay-per-event: upgrade just the event you're running, once, and it stays upgraded. Business is a monthly subscription for people who run events all the time — planners, studios, venues — with unlimited events and team features.
What's included in the free plan?
The Starter plan gives you beautiful invite cards, RSVP tracking, a schedule, gifts, and basic templates — everything to run one event end-to-end at no cost.
Is the per-event price a subscription?
No — Pro and Max are one-time payments for one event. Pay once, the event keeps its upgrade forever. No renewal, nothing to cancel.
What is the Photo Sharing add-on?
Guests snap a selfie at the event and automatically receive every photo they appear in — matched by face. It runs on Pixbox storage, so you add it as a storage plan from your dashboard, on any tier.
Can I upgrade mid-event?
Yes. You can upgrade an event to Pro or Max at any time from its settings — guests already invited keep working, the new features just switch on.
