How do I change my event after publishing?
Open the event in your dashboard → make any change. Guests see updates immediately — no re-send needed.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, full refund within 14 days of activation if you haven't sent invites yet. Email us.
Why aren't my emails landing in guests' inboxes?
Most often: the guest's email provider marked us as new. Ask them to whitelist hello@guestcard.app. Resend from the dashboard if needed.
Do guests need an account?
No. Guests open one link, RSVP, and view the schedule — no app, no signup.
